This Limited Lifetime Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Coverage:



This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Paddleboard only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, modification, or normal wear and tear.

 

2. Claim Process:

 

To make a warranty claim, Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact Newell Outdoors directly.

 

Purchaser must send videos and pictures to Newell Paddle Boards to warranty@newelloutdoors.ca and Newell Paddle Boards will assess the claim and try and resolve any issues before accepting the claim.

 

The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to Newell Paddle Boards.

 

Newell Paddle Boards reserves the right to inspect the Paddleboard to determine the validity of the warranty claim.

 

3. Remedies:

 

If a defect covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty is found, Newell Paddle Boards will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or Paddleboard. If the exact model is not available, Newell Paddle Boards reserves the right to substitute with a comparable model.

 

4. Exclusions:

 

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any damage to accessories or components not manufactured by Newell Paddle Boards including but not limited to fins, leashes, and paddles. Additionally, this warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original Purchaser.

 

5. Limitation of Liability:

 

Newell Paddle Boards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Paddleboard, even if Newell Paddle Boards has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

6. Governing Law:

 

This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

7. Modification or Termination:

 

Newell Paddle Boards reserves the right to modify or terminate this Limited Lifetime Warranty at any time, with or without notice.

 

By using the Paddleboard, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
