Newell Outdoors was established in 2020 to provide families and outdoor enthusiasts a trustworthy means of passage out on the water. Chris and Kristine saw a large gap in the current inflatable paddle board industry where there were either only ultra expensive options for high-performance paddlers, or cheaply made boards that did not allow paddlers to perform on the water at their best, or last through more than one season of use. Since then, Newell Outdoors has been on a journey of discovery, innovation, and adventure. Paddle boarders are at the heart of our community. Over the years, Newell Outdoors has been the source of providing paddlers with the gear they need to feel confident out on the water.

With paddle in hand and adventure in our soul, we focus on creating innovative, purpose-driven, and trustworthy gear that can handle the rugged Canadian outdoors.

We get it! Paddle boarding can be exhausting and sometimes you just want to sit, relax, get a tan, and immerse yourself with nature. That is why we include an attachable kayak seat with all paddle board purchases. Simply clip on your kayak seat to transform your paddle board into a make-shift kayak so you can relax, have back support, and enjoy your paddling experience.

Newell Paddle Boards are made from military-grade PVC and are double-layered to ensure durability so you do not have to worry about popping your board on a rocky bottom or accidentally dragging it on the concrete as you take it out of the water. We are a family-owned and operated business and our focus is on ensuring every one of our boards meets our quality standards before it reaches your doorstep. Established in 2020, Newell Paddle Boards is a family-owned business based in Calgary, Alberta. We specialize in inflatable stand-up paddleboards (iSUP) and accessories, purposely built for our rugged Canadian terrain. We design each of our boards with this in mind - adventure and options.

We ship each board with a kayak seat which means you get the best of both worlds - kayaking and standup paddleboarding.
