REFUND POLICY

Refunds are accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

1. The item is unopened and in original packaging.
2. The items and its packaging are in original re-saleable condition.
3. The return request was filed within 30 days of ordering the item from Newell Outdoors.
4. Receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
In order to request a refund you must email hello@newelloutdoors.ca and request authorization in advance. Items shipped back to Newell Outdoors without a prior authorization will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Newell Outdoors does not accept refunds on "sale" marked items or any items that are discontinued.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Refunds are processed back through the same payment processor that was used when you initially purchased your item. Refunds will processed back to the same method of payment that the original payment was made from at the time of purchase.

Newell Outdoors cannot process refunds onto other cards.

REFUND STATUS
Please wait at least 15 days to allow your card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your card provider first. If you have received your refund after speaking to you card provider and the 15 days has lapsed, please email hello@newelloutdoors.ca for an update. Please also allow 1 business day for us to reply.
