Shipping and Return Policy 

Free Shipping in Canada on orders over $200.00. Delivery time is 2-5 business days (location dependent); or Free pickup in Calgary. 
 Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. 
 
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. PO Boxes are not accepted so please put a full address on your order. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information. 
 
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination in a remote location your order will be subject to additional delivery fees even if the order is over $200.   
 
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for paying any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them. 

Return Policy 

Returns are accepted for items that meet the following criteria: 
 
1. The item is unopened and in original packaging. 
2. The items and their packaging are in original re-saleable condition. 
3. The return request was filed within 30 days of ordering the item from Newell Outdoors. 
4. Receipt or proof of purchase is provided. 
To request a refund you must email hello@newelloutdoors.ca and request authorization in advance.  
5. Purchaser is responsible for the cost to ship it back to Newell Outdoors 
6. Once Newell Outdoors receives your returned product we will inspect the product to ensure the condition and will then issue the refund. 
 
Newell Outdoors does not accept refunds on "final sale" marked items or any items that are discontinued. 
 

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN 

Refunds will processed back to the same method of payment that the original payment was made from at the time of purchase. 
 
Newell Outdoors cannot process refunds onto other cards. 
 

REFUND STATUS 

Please wait at least 15 days to allow your card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your card provider first. If you have received your refund after speaking to your card provider and the 15 days have lapsed, please email hello@newelloutdoors.ca for an update. Please also allow 1 business day for us to reply.
